On December 18th, 2024, Viasat completed the divestiture of its Energy Services Systems Integration (SI) business to US-based private alternative investment company MAG Capital Partners. SI business will transfer to the new company, Nessco, to continue providing services in engineering design, procurement, shop assembly, factory acceptance testing, installation, and ongoing maintenance support for telecommunication systems installed on critical infrastructure projects.

Equipment procurement

Our engineering department procures all equipment through our global network of manufacturers, enabling full compliance with your operational specifications and final engineering design. As an independent systems integrator, Viasat takes an objective procurement approach, allowing us to acquire the optimum equipment for each project and budget requirement.

Factory acceptance testing

Our dedicated Custom Integration Center conducts Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT's) using customer approved engineering design drawings. Equipped with necessary tools and facilities, the Integration Center assembles, connects, and integrates system components. Clients can witness equipment FAT's and full System Integration Tests (iFATs) before shipment to the project site.
